Brian Gluckstein brings refined elegance to 4 The Kingsway

Every detail subtly exudes luxury at the new 4 The Kingsway Presentation Gallery, from the beautiful silver veins in the marble countertops in the kitchen to the structured crown moulding framing each space.

Acclaimed designer Brian Gluckstein thoughtfully curated each space, every room decorated in tailored textiles and polished surfaces to create a modern classic look at home in the prestigious Kingsway neighbourhood.

Guests arrive to an immaculately designed space that showcases the thoughtful details Gluckstein is known for. The Presentation Gallery opened recently just down the street from North Drive’s 4 The Kingsway site at 3109 Bloor Street West.

Located at the apex of the Kingsway and Bloor Street West, the eight-storey neoclassical midrise will mark the eastern gateway into the prestigious Kingsway community – one of the most recognizable neighbourhoods in Toronto’s west end. “4 The Kingsway fills a void in the luxury west end condominium market,” says Jordan Morassutti, principal, North Drive. “We want to create a legacy building that lives up to the surrounding neighbourhood and makes residents feel like they’ve arrived home.”

4 The Kingsway will house 30 suites and five street-level townhouses. The site sits beside a park where the Kingsway and Bloor Street West intersect, steps away from Old Mill Road and the Old Mill subway station.

Designed by renowned architect Richard Wengle, the sophisticated brick and stone-clad condo blends the sophisticated Beaux- Arts aesthetic with the iconic look of New York’s Flatiron Building. Known for his custom Toronto manors, Wengle added architecturally notable features like the subtle turret capped with a zinc-clad dome, adding a touch of opulence to the clean design of the building.

Stepping inside the generous porte cochère, the stylish entranceway and lobby make a statement with a soft palette and traditional styling, speaking to the quiet good taste of its residents. With interior design by Gluckstein, 4 The Kingsway balances traditional luxury with modern design with 13-foot ceilings, open principle rooms and large five-piece ensuites in its well-appointed residences.

With construction currently underway, it is the perfect time to register to become a part of the exclusive community.

Suites at 4 The Kingsway start from the low $1 million. To learn more about the development and to see the interior finishings for yourself, visit the Presentation Gallery at 3109 Bloor Street West. Hours are Saturdays and Sundays from 12pm to 6pm and Monday to Thursday by appointment.
